Teaching about The Underlying Metaphors of Learning Theory
This book helps undergraduates to develop a better understanding of learning by explaining the key metaphors underlying learning theory (for example, "the mind as computer," "the mind as ecosystem," or "the mind as cultural tool"). It is written in an accessible style and makes a good supplement to other books, and/or comprehensive texts, when teaching about educational psychology.
